the place was stylish and restaurant was great. i had light room with a double bed. the staff was willing to help and seemed to be cooperative. meals were affordable and reasonably priced. had branded cocktails, tea and coffee in the main bar.

Hotel was spotless, and it had impressive location and staff. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was very large. It was enjoyable time in San Francisco.

Stylish building, excellent location. The staff was best and recommended a fantastic restaurant. The room was a nice size and I liked its modern decor. I slept in the nice bed. I found wi-fi in the lobby.

we enjoyed staff and location in this hotel, it was suitable for us. fascinating view, a tiny balcony, soft bed, too. there was a great restaurant, a convenience shop and a shopping area next door. furthermore, there was a public parking nearby.

It had small beds, maybe it was bad luck.

We had 4 nights in San Francisco, spent our time here greatly. Room had plenty of facilities, including a cable TV with HBO, an ironing set and a work desk. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a nice addition.

It's excellant home base for visiting some must see attractions in San Francisco. We took a standard queen room and it had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities
